Cancellations
We realize that sometimes there is no choice but to change or cancel an appointment; however, we do request 24 hours notice for all single service cancellations. We require 48 hours notice of cancellations or changes to multiple service appointments.
Failure to give the proper notice of cancellation to your appointment(s) will result in a 50% service charge.
